Sole Picatta
Petit fillet of sole encrusted with seasoned bread crumbs and sautéed. Finished with lemon caper butter sauce, and served with wild rice pilaf and chef’s choice of fresh vegetables.

Chicken Marsala
Sautéed chicken breast in a rich marsala sauce served with roasted red potatoes and chef's choice of fresh vegetables.

London Broil
Marinated flank steak grilled, sliced and finished with a madiera mushroom demi glace. Served with roasted red potatoes and chef’s choice of fresh vegetables.
